This website will mostly serve as the online home for my resume, a small biography and mission statement in the “About” section and a collection of some of my best stories under the “Clips and Links” tab.

If my ambition remains steady, it will also host my personal blog, which I will use to analyze and critique the news industry from the perspective of an everyday, working journalist. For the time being, it will probably be limited to the Las Vegas market, along with some of my former haunts in Ohio and national publications.

At the least, it will offer insight into the philosophy behind my own reporting, and, with a little luck, it will be enjoyable and informative to anyone who stumbles across it. For the record, any opinions given herein are my own.
